Consider the flow of the evening

For a combined event, discuss when guests will eat, where music could fit and what the venue can accommodate. Looking at those details together helps identify kitchen, delivery and performance setup questions early. Catering’s 15-guest minimum also applies to combined bookings.

Discuss when guests will eat and what the venue can accommodate, including kitchen, delivery and performance setup. Combined bookings require at least 15 guests.

A gathering with
its own rhythm.

What should the room feel like? A relaxed meal with friends, a celebratory reception or a lively work gathering can each start a different conversation about music.

Common questions

A few details
before we begin.

How many guests do I need for catering?

Catering requires at least 15 guests, including events that also book live music. Choose Catering or Full Package in the inquiry form and select your estimated guest count. The minimum does not apply to music-only inquiries.

Can I book music on its own?

Yes. Choose Music in the inquiry form; there is no stated guest minimum. Share an estimate, select Under 15 or choose Not sure yet as appropriate. Discuss your occasion, desired atmosphere and venue setup with Stefan.

Can I plan food and music together?

Yes. Select Full Package in the inquiry form to discuss catering and music together. This starts a conversation about your menu, atmosphere, timing and venue needs; specific arrangements are confirmed during planning. At least 15 guests are required.

Can the menu be customized?

Ask Stefan about full menu options, favorite dishes and dietary needs. The six ideas shown here are inspiration, not a fixed menu or a guarantee that a dish is available. Custom menus may require additional planning time and cost.

Do we need an onsite kitchen?

Share your venue location and what kitchen facilities are available, or ask about food prepared elsewhere and delivered. Discuss the menu, access and event timing with Stefan to determine the appropriate arrangement and any requirements.
